Yes. Every change you make saves automatically. You'll see a "✦ Saved" indicator in the top bar confirming this. Closing the tab or logging out does not delete your work — it's there when you return. Data is stored locally in your browser and only clears if you manually clear your browser history or cache.
Yes, on Studio and above. You can upload your existing C&E plan, stakeholder register or CIA template directly into Shift. It reads your columns and maps them automatically. You can also export everything back to Excel or CSV at any time.
